Dance/House Music Thread...

This could be a COMPLETE no-goer this thread and bomb, and I fully expect RFUS to come in and be disgusted as well as others, but anyway...

I'm a massive fan of dance/house music, people like Afrojack, Avicii, Alesso, Laidback Luke, Swedish House Mafia and I listen to a lot of the local DJs from Liverpool.

No I don't do beak.

Anyway, massive fan of this tune at the minute but can't find the full version, it's a big Liverpool anthem at the minute to, would love to download the full but can't find it...

The girl singing it is an Evertonian and from Liverpool, think it will be big this summer. Also if you get the chance and your into this sort of thing, listen to Alesso's remix of Keane's 'Silenced by the Night'

There is also a Liverpool record label called '3Beat Records'. Under their label is the group 'Cahill' who released a song a while back 'Trippin on You'. They remix a lot of the mainstream tracks, anyway they're made up of local DJs including a lid called Anton Powers, Evertonian, who called them 'Cahill' because he was his favourite player.

Anyway that's my input, anyone got any of their own mixes or recommend a track, stick it here, would be interested to listen. Ta lids...

I've always liked it but don't really know where to find the latest tracks and ****, i usually get sent loads of mixes from DJ mates of mine.

Creamfields would be right up your street now. Completely taken it over.

Trance was confined to one tent last year, until Armin played one of the big outside tents later at night. Probably had one of the smallest crowds Ive ever seen for a headliner.

Hard trance is a completely different genre from Trance. Like completely. House/ Dance is much harder and heavier than the stuff I listen to and purely made for partying. Trance is quite a wide genre of music. Has stuff which you can listen to in your room or stuff you can go mental to when its cranked up.

Anyway this is the kinda stuff I like.

I'm looking at Creamfields andalucia this summer as well as the local one. Tiesto and Steve Aoki are headlining.

Also, going to MK to see the swedes with Madeon. Alesso, Calvin Harris. Should be epic!!!.

Wanted to go to Tommorrowland too but missed out on tix.

Try soundcloud and beatport if your looking for this type of stuff. The DJ that plays Garlands at Bedlam is called ant chandler and he's always posting mixes and links to all kinds of DJ's, well worth adding him.

Global gathering's good if your into up and coming DJ's so no one can accuse you of going 'commercial'.

Also, The shipping forecast have a good night tomorrow and every second friday of the month in their basement with loads of up and comers.
