He'd have been a good, solid player. Chronic lack of pace won't have been helped by the year out though. Really, he should have told Moyes/our meds to go **** themselves when they sent him back on at Wolves.
...he has made his bed. Not sure we will ever really know what happened.
My only regret is that we didn't get a fee for him due to the club [Poor language removed] up.

Ashley's probably paid him enough now to buy Plymouth Argyle, he could play where he wants then, although in central midfield I'd put Reidy in there before him on any day of the week.
