By damo I presume you mean the forever banned matt damon or what ever his name was?

If so why is he even aloud to still post? And peeps like ghost can't?

Allow me to field that, theres certain people, that get banned, people like Damo, people find him mildy irritating, people report him and he gets banned for being a pain in the arse, so when he comes back, hes never actually crossed a line, thus hes allowed a certain bit of leeway.

Then theres other people, not gonna name names, but they do cross a line, lets call it mod abuse, thus means they aint got a chance in hell of coming back.
