The Daily Mail's article on a 'fan movement' looking for shirt-buying pledges to bring CR7 back to Old Trafford fails to spot that the whole thing is a scam. Quick look at the Terms & Conditions of the 'fan movement' website reveal that people's £10 pledges will only be refunded 70%, meaning the scam pockets £3 for every pledge (been thousands so far...apparently).

Check it

If I was a Daily Mail or Man U fan I'd be seething. Both of them don't come out of this looking good. As I'm neither, it's just mildly ridiculous.
