Customer Number

Anyone know how you find out your customer number? I emailed the box office at Everton and low and behold I get a bounced email.

I love Everton but this is just another one of the poor features of the infrastructure at the club.

Most applications online have an ability to get your username and password if you have forgotten it. But not Everton.

ring them and they'll tell you it from your post code, housenumber, name of 1st pet, mothersmaiden name. you can have friends and fam linked to your account as well so that you can get tickets together for aways etc

i gave them my name and all they gave me was a feckin number.

I don't have a season ticket.

I have gone to the Season ticket purchase page, and it's asking me to register. I register, and it says I am already registered, and to login I need my customer number and password.

In the end I rang them from Austria in frustration about the non-working ticket thing and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and sorted the problem then and there (so much so, that I bought them a box of Thorntons, but it was blokes on the counter when I picked up the tickets so I ate them myself...)

I imagine a phone call might be cheaper from the Wirral.

Added: that's exactly the problem I had, Ghost.

Done and dusted. Bit concerned that the call centre I got to wasn't scouse, but then I suppose that's to be expected.

When I phoned them I got through to the main box office - must have changed the system.

Would they let you buy a season ticket before existing 1's have purchased theirs as they want to move to other seats

yes m.i. k. double e. they only have THEIR seat reserved. if they want to move then if 1 is avail. they can and theirs then goes on gen sale. i got a lid and a kid yesterday on the early bird price, and i wasnt renewing.
