Hi folks.

Seeing as this is the premier website for Everton, mild homosexuality and food, I feel I should share my love of Indian food with you all.

I am an able cook, and have recently discovered The Curry Guy. I find his recipes excellent.

My favourite Indian dish varies however currently I am quite into ginger.

Curries, now you're talking Groucho, food of the God's.
I enjoy hot curries and generally my favourite is lamb vindaloo, would not like to try anything hotter to be honest as that is just about the edge of my tolerance.
I used to work on boats and one of my best homemade efforts was a Goan recipe out of a book for a fresh mackerel curry, which I did wonder about but the combo was excellent and very filling.

Yep, one of my consistent hobbies over the years. Madhur Jaffrey is great. Have Step by Step Cookery, which looks similar to your one, and Flavours of India. Another one that has seen a lot of use is Camellia Panjabi's 50 Great Curries of India.

In the last 10 years or so, in very non-Indian European countries, you have started to actually find decent ingredients for Asian cooking (more Thai than Indian, but nonetheless). Even discovered, to my amazement, some Geeta's pickles and chutneys in a local supermarket.

What on earth is a USA curry, though? (On the cover of the Madhur Jaffrey book?)
