As a squad player, he's done fine. He's played more than he expected.

As a 3rd choice back up from Kenny/Coleman Baines/new left back. He's absolutely fine.

Awful going forward which is strange because that looked like a strength of his at the start of the season. We've been spoiled by Baines and Coleman down the years, Kenny and Martina is a ridiculous downgrade.
