I don't think it's moaning per se, it's just fans of test match cricket wanting an England test team to play actual test match cricket.
Rather than giving the opposition the advantage and then trying to solve every problem, issue or tactical discrepancy by just belting it.

This hasn’t happened in this test.

They are going to lose the game and by an absolute mile. Something like 300 or 400 runs. Its been one of the most one sided tests I've seen in ages.

Stokes got the toss completely wrong again and then the bowling attack were abysmal, and there have been 7 ducks with the bat. This team deserve a lot of credit for the way they play the game but they equally throw in far too many very poor performances like this one.

They need to completely change the bowling attack for the next test and also get away from this ridiculous idea that they should bowl first all the time. The most baffling bit of the strategy is why even pick spinner if you want to bowl first

Yesterday and today was a test of the flexibility of this team to see if they are willing to bat long periods and save a match and it hasn't gone well
