Apparently the provider we use for it is having the same problem elsewhere so thousands of sites with the same issue.

Even the BBC site has it popping up ?
It is mate, but currently its popping up every few page loads.
Once click accept it shouldnt ask again for something like 30 days unless you clear cookies

It's a bug in the system then popping up only today has it got really bad it's no big deal accept and press on I can imagine your side of it frustration etc
