Naismith has been a revelation, i know its fashionable to dislike players who are not banging in 30 goals a season, but Naismith contributions have been incredible. If it wasn't for the growth of Stones & Coleman & signing of, and subsequent consistency of McCarthy, he would be player of the season.

Haha i wouldn't go that far but get what your saying. Naismith as proved a valuable squad player this season and for someone who was mainly used as a sub till recently to weigh in with nearly double figures in goals is a good feat!

Yup. Because of his movement, which has been incredibly surprising, especially given the shambles he was in wide areas under Moyes.

I read somewhere the other day (not press) that Mirallas, Coleman and Stones all to be given new contracts in summer but no word on Ross

If barkleys agent was any good, he'd be telling him to wait until after the world cup before signing a new contract.

If he has a good world cup his value would increase tenfold

None of our contract extensions this season have been in the news before they'd been signed, just because Bobby doesn't blab everything to the media doesn't mean nothing's happening
