Can we stop using the phrase "just a theory" when it comes to scientific studies. For an idea to become a theory it has to be rigorously tested with repeatable results. Any theory can be completely thrown out of the window if a repeatable test is devised countering what the theory states. Gravity is just a theory, but I bet you don't question it.

I always get him mixed up with Dr David Kelly, another favourite of conspiracy theorists.

As crazy as the thought that he was murdered is, I suppose if the government was willing to lie in order to go to war, killing one old man who could bring it all down isn't too much of stretch.

Apparently lots of the information around it was to be classified for 70 years, so I doubt we'll know in our lifetime either way.
