Depends

If he plays 3 at the back, pushes everyon else up the pitch and leaves them exposed, like he did at Wigan, it could easily happen.

That Wigan defense weren't great but they also weren't THAT bad.

He needs to look at it is all I'm saying

He needs to play 4 at the back as well

Sorry to say something somewhat unpositive about Saint Bobby

agreed he could have organised differently, but the difference between decent defenders and good ones is huge, distin and Jags are amongst the smartest in the prem, and Jagielka looked comfortable when switched to that system for England. the system isn't necessarily a gung ho thing, its built so players can drop back and support when needed or get forward when needed... maybe its even a better system for Baines and Coleman. if you haven't got an organiser in there then you are better with a flat four but he must know that himself now and managers get better through mistakes not knowing it all like Rodgers wants us to believe

also needs players to get box to box in midfield which is why I really hope he tells Fellaini he needs him to stay

I'm pissed off with the rs so far, all they do is laugh at our new manager, saying the F.A cup was a fluke and Man c handed them the Cup, i'm not having that.

Maybe, but Milan handed them the CL. How would they look now with only a couple of domestic cups won on penalties against
West Ham and Cardiff in their recent trophy haul?

Oh man, Laudrup and his chairman have had a falling out .......

Laudrup seems to be a bit of a cart tbh, doesn't he? Glad we swerved him.

Did decent in the cup like, but that 15m they got for Allen obviously helped them a long way, probably more than his man management did. Although credit he did find Michu for about 50p.

Yeah, heard this last night.

In the long run I think Martinez will be better - as soon as a foreign team were interested, Laudrup would scarper, leaving us once again in the lurch.

Thought it was brilliant how he was working at Finch Farm last night!
You can see how happy he is to manage us and thats absolutely brilliant!
Thought his personal interview on Everton TV was great, said he kept an eye on us when he was in Spain years ago! MARTINEZ IS A BLUE!

Whelan said to SSN he works 8am to 8pm every day, great news!

First Post on here guys...

I am glad this long saga is completed and we can concentrate on supporting Martinez and our club 100% as we enter a new period in our history.
