Calm down, lid.

my feeling is that both Kone and Heitinga is better than some people seem to think -
somehow Heitinga never seemed to settle into a fitting position in the last two seasons at Everton -
I predict that he will be a good signing for Fulham -
from an ability point of view (not wages) I would rather have liked to see Naismith or Osman go (and replaced at the same time)

So i'm at the airport waiting to board my flight. Thanks for the good times Johnny. Lots of decent Louis Vitton shopping to be done in london, i hear. If you meet Cashley in the lingerie department make sure to barge into him so he stumbles and makes that rack of overpriced panties fall over.

Also, koff transfer window.

Absolute joke. I didn't like him but don't get rid of your player without bringing one in. The line that him and his staff decided it was better to bring no one in?

Lost a lot of respect for the 'staff' tonight.

seriously, the lad had played what 2 hours of football in 6 months, and you feel it was a bad move ?.I reckon come mid feb mcgeedy would have played more, suspect even Traores would be close to the amount of game time johnny had.
there's 4 lads who can play center half who are far and away better than him,if pushed Hibbo could cover in an emergency.
How many games do you think he would have got come the end of the season ?.not sure how anybody could be losing respect for the manager tbh.

Getting rid of a player with no replacement. We may have a bit more option in attack but we are weaker now in defence. Yes, Martinez does not use him much but if there are more injuries we may even play Barry at CB. And we have only two or three (include Barkley) match fit CM. Let's see if the money have disappeared into the black hole and be counted as the other operating costs. Lack of squad depth means we may probably finish at 7th (to be fair I will take it before the season starts).

Heitinga ended his first 3 seasons well but every time come the start of the next season Moyes dropped him. It was strange managemet, last season he just seemed to accept whatever happened he'd be the fall guy and turned in some really poor performances. Ironically looking at his abilities on the ball you would have thought he was a Martinez type player.

LOL.

He was behind Stones and Alcaraz at CB
He was behind Stones and Hibbert at RB
He was behind Osman at CM.

ARSED that he's gone. In a bit Heitinga HAHAHAHA.

Lets face it.

He went and we freed up about £1million odd quid worth of wages for the remainder of his deal.

Bad business not getting a replacement or shrewd by the board to save money and not replace?!

Shocking if ya ask me.

Imagine Jags/distin both out ... Stones and alacatraz or whatever his name is ( don't rate him ) to be honest I think we knew we wasn't getting anyone in. Why let the deal go on so long if we needed to replace the lad?

Nice move Everton.

Bounce back against villa!

He worked us no getting away from that. Went on a free so effectively we cancelled his contract and Fulham did no mind as they have no fee to pay, a stop gap for them. Good riddance.
