Shadow of War?Has anyone played the Middle Earth sequel? Is it any good?
If you liked Shadow of Mordor, you'll like it as it's basically more of the same with new abilities, locations etc.
The end game is a massive grind-fest though.

To be fair, I've heard the end-game conquest battles have been patched since I played it (I played closer to launch)Thanks, basically a toss-up between that and Assassins Creed Origins. Black Flag is one of my favourite games but heard not so great things about Origins so was debating getting ME:SOW
I’d have to dig them out again but amongst the most valuable ones were: -Send me a list of them mate.
In my top 10 games of all time that. Stunning game.
Sell them seperate mate.. and ask high price. You will get silly questions and offers, but let them run.I’d have to dig them out again but amongst the most valuable ones were: -
Streets of Rage
Streets of Rage 2
Golden Axe
The Adventures of Batman and Robin (£100 on EBay)
Dungeons and Dragons Warriors of Eternal
Strider
Micro Machines
Spider-Man
Toki
Toy Story
Mortal Kombat
I thought Origins was really good and Odyssey improves on it in pretty much every way. Recently went back and did the DLCs for Odyssey, one of which is especially good. Would highly recommendThanks, basically a toss-up between that and Assassins Creed Origins. Origins was pretty average. Odyssey is much better imo.Appreciate the comment, will download Origins and possibly Odyssey and give it a whirl over the next few weeks. By and large, Assassins Creed games have been excellent and Black Flag is easily one of the best i’ve played.

How do you cope with the Odyssey voice acting, though? I love the world and the gameplay, but every time the main character opens his mouth I just want to turn the game off.
@Tubey you bought the full list?
Amongst the many many games I'd love to have on my Switch, Micro Machines would be right up there.
Similar to GTA mechanics, last one I bought was 4 and I liked it, GTA on a island jungle basically.Far cry series?? Anyone? Good bad or ugly? Best of the lot?
I can't play that game.To be fair, I've heard the end-game conquest battles have been patched since I played it (I played closer to launch)
The entire end of the game was a load of conquest battles, which in them selves are great fun, but you needed a ton of elite tier Oruk's in your army to win them, which took an age to get. Apparently it was some shadiness from EA to push people towards loot crates/micro-transactions rather than spending a ludicrous amount of time building armies up to just finish the game.
I've just looked it up and apparently it's been patched and the micro-transaction store has been removed - so you may have a better time.
I might actually jump back in and finish it myself now knowing this. As the core gameplay was ace - just the end game was badly balanced.
