Computer games.

Anyone seen any good games coming out in the near future?

I'm considering purchasing a switch at some point when more games drop for that, as at the moment there is nothing I can see that tickles my fancy on xbox etc.

Got the Switch last week and absolutely love Zelda and MK8. Enjoying multiplayer on Overcooked too. Just in general I love the portability of the system, leave the main TV free to use and continue playing.

I think ill pick up Snipperclips next month.

However there is definitely a shortage of games, and I really hope the back catalogue for Nintendo comes available thru the shop. Just give me all the NES/SNES/64/GC/Wii classics and take my money fgs.

I hear the classic emulator thing isn't far away.

Splatoon 2 is supposed to be heaps of fun also and has a competitive side despite it's friendly theme

Finally trying to finish Doom. Owned it forever but it's on disk so laziness and not wanting to hear the disk spin made me avoid it.
I like that it changed my FPS mentality. Usually I'm cautious and deliberate, stealthing and sniping whatever I can. Doom forces you to be constantly moving and aggressive. Love it. Best thing so far was a boss (cyber demon, maybe) that had actual mechanics needed to win the fight. Not luck, not just faceroll, skill like a Warcraft boss.
Anyways the main reason I'm playing it is because it cost me $20 and I found out I can trade it for $8 to Amazon.

I have quickly learned there is no point in pirating games on pc.

Tried to get dying light , had a nightmare downloading it from the free sites, then it wouldn't install so had to 're download part of it. After installing it I got told there were certain things missing from my Microsoft c++ software. I found a trustworthy way to install all of them and then clicking the icon for the game, did naff all.

For the amount of time I spent doing it wasted, not really arsed about doing that again.

Side point, been playing batman arkham asylum, bargain at under 4 pounds.

might buy a fighting game for a bit of fun ,experts please tell me the best - i assume its out of tekken, injustice 2 or street fighter...ta
Injustice 2 is really good but despite my love for batman etc it never hooked me quite like street fighter or mortal kombat have in the past.

Street fighter and MK are just pure boss.

Marvel vs Capcom has a new game coming out soon too but they've taken out the x-men? Like what?

Then dragon ball fighterZ looks insanely good but isn't out for a good while yet. Would probably also depend on whether you are into Dragonball.
