It's difficult to start with until you start unlocking some decent weapons, but nothing to stop you chasing people down and running them over constantly.

I used to look on the map to see who was chatting so I knew they had a microphone, I'd then track them down and murder them constantly to hear them fume. Imagine going into the transfer thread and calling the same person a tit again and again, it's kinda like that.

Do it, it'll take a bit of getting used to but before you know it you'll be picking off 12 year old Americans with a sniper rifle and listening to them go mental with their group of mates that they're online with.

Sticky bombs are the online douchebags best friend. I used to watch for people entering a garage then plant a bomb outside and wait giggling like a schoolgirl for them to come out. Guaranteed fume. Also get a helicopter, apply sticky bomb and leave outside a garage, They get in it every time. Or put bombs all over the stunt plane and go kamikaze, takes a bit of practice to time the detonation right but good fun.
@ijjysmith if you don't have much good stuff look for someone holding up a store, if you park your car against the door they can't get out. Then You just stand back and watch the fun when the po po turn up.

Haha spot on, sticky bombs are my weapon of choice for the most part, used to just stick them on my own car and then blast into other people and detonate.
