What makes me sad is how bad we've done in that, but it's really interesting to see the outcome of all that.

I did a hundred years once. Think I accidentally deleted the save but I'll have a look. We did alright, won the league in Martinez's fourth season and the FA Cup a season after. He was crap after that though, got kicked about the same time as Mourinho from Chelsea so we hired him and won the Champions League once the Europa once and the League twice.
Ended up with about six other league wins , 7 FA Cups and two CL wins
Never won the League Cup tho

On 2014 I had a save that went pretty far in (I started unemployed and was for ages until 2020 or something when some lower division team took me) and was mostly simmed obviously. When I finally got a job I just started looking for player, obviously in conference or whatever you need crap players anyway so found them, played for half the season or so and decided I'll take a look at what regens etc are in the Prem/Championship, and Notts County were challenging for top places in the Prem with a team full of regens and an ex-player with insane stats as a manager (forgot who though, I think it was Del Piero but not sure? Either him or Nedved or someone playing in Italy), Arsenal were dead bottom of the Championship at Christmas...

Weird stuff.

Yeah you always get weird stuff happening when the game is simmed. Like that bloke had the met pd having won a few cups etc and finished up runners up etc.

I think the big surprises in my game were Forest, Crewe, Cambridge, Forest Green and Wimbledon who all won at least one League title. Leeds and Borough too.
Forest came up with a hiss and a roar 3 seasons in and were basically European contenders immediately before dropping down the divisions after 4 or so titles in quick succession. There were some odd cup winners but can't remember them off pat.

I downloaded it without signing up to the forum like. Didn't think you had to.
Had some initial issues with the software that needed troubleshooting via the forum but otherwise sussed. Played about an hour since, probably took longer to download and troubleshootlollol
