I went for tour because classic seemed a bit easy.
But everything's easy playing as Rory Mcilroy in the tutorial!
I started the Players Unknown Battleground yesterday. I suck at these games, but having some fun. Even got myself a couple of kills and ranked #21 at one point. Not anything special by any measure.....but certainly better than my first game where I was killed before I loaded into the game :/

You get those games where you die near the beginning and you aren't invested so you think "Ah well, jump into another".
Then you get games where you get really far and close to winning and think "So close, next time I can get it, go again"
Suddenly, you're at over 120 hours played and have had a handful of wins.
It's not flawless. Lots of bugs, physics are really glitchy and servers can make the combat very luck-based. But that feeling when you win against 99 other people is unlike anything I've got from other games.

My #21 game....3 shots, 2 kills. Most of my time running around on edge afraid of what is over the next crest.
Some serious optimization issues though. It is still alpha/EA though, so can forgive it for now.
Been playing it since almost its first day, you have no idea the improvements they have made, really good team behind it, its come on leaps and bounds.

My GTX 1060 goes from 80fps to 25 fps.....and all the detail settings are medium/low. Hopefully it will soon be at the point where a solid 60 is achievable with High/Ultra.......

This also seems to be a game that the competitive players will play on low settings........like the CS guys.....minimal foliage drawn.....no foliage for your opponents to hide in........

Yeah for sure, but its probably gonna need a few tweaks before then, I cant see 50x50 working!
Im sure other maps will come in time, little skirmish maps, but for sure low settings is currently the right call.

Grass/Foilage is the same for everyone regardless of settings. They fixed it a few weeks back.
