A lot of that was who they played for and that Wilkins was from London (that made a difference). You'd also have to say, Harvey was unfortunately around where England were arguably the best in the world, whereas Wilkins played when they were not as good.

Was Harvey more graceful as a player than Kendall? Arteta like Harvey? Would you place Harvey above Kendall as a better player?

Yes he was, but that doesn't mean that Harvey couldn't look after himself, for someone "of slight build" he had a bit of the footballing snide about him when required.
Of the more recent players I would say yes, but Harvey was the better player.
No, simply because I think they made each other better players. It was never quite the same when there was only the one, but of course throw a certain Mr Ball into the mix and it was almost perfection on a football pitch!
