Now , I realise that tales of administrative fuk ups around our beloved club are nothing new , but despite , to quote Joe Royle , many , " Watersheds " , they just seem to keep on coming .
I've just been perusing the official site for 10 mins . I went on the , " free screensavers " , aspect .
There , on page 4 , large as life , is a snap of one J. Lescott , wearing an Everton 5 home shirt .
I understand , of course , that this is not a priority area , but one might reasonably expect that in 3 plus months since his accrimonious departure , someone might think to remove it ???
I accept , too , that this may appear like a , " Grumpy Arl Arse " , but to me is indicative of the wider ambivalence - to put it as favourably as I can - , throughout our great club .
It is a stupid little thing , but one which potentially brings more stick from others , and one , if we were anything like competent , would not occur .
