Christmas Booze

I have a reasonable variety: about 10 pints of home brew bitter left, about 2 dozen bottles of bitter, a couple of bottles of German lager for visitors, bottles of port, sherry, scotch whisky (& ginger wine), malt whisky, Spanish Brandy and the infusions I have made - Blackberry brandy, Plum rum, Sloe Gin and Sloe vodka.
Strangely, as a diabetic, I only drink in moderation these days, but I like to have a choice.

Not as much as normal since we had a baby 2 weeks ago, but we have plenty in the house and my gf is looking forward to having a wine

We buy so much booze in the post Christmas Selfridge's sale and it lasts all year, easy

Having been ropey since May and still under outpatient supervision it's Guiness Zero for me. Fortunately it's the most authentic of the Zero's I've tried so thats a bonus.

My three nieces have plied me with cocktails I've only ever heard of in films. Together, with ale, a gorgeous chocolate liqueur, an Irish whiskey I've never heard of, malt whiskies, port and plum gin, the resulting consequences being :
