Don't know how you could rate someone on so few performances. Been many players down the years that took a lot longer than a handful of games to get going.

1 proper prem game is not enough to judge him on, he was like a rabbit in headlights in that game (palace) as well

can only assume he didn't do as good stepovers in training as Mcgeady, seems a bit strange that he wasn't given more chances to start games

If McGeady was preferred to him...says it all

I'm assuming that if we send him back, that would open up a loan spot for us. I'd prefer that as I don't see him contributing.

Feel for Atsu as the loan just hasn't worked out to date, think it would probably be best for all if he went somewhere else to see if he can get regular football when he returns from AFCON.

Hopefully Mourinho feels generous to us given our draw versus City and will swap Atsu to Salah.

bloody hell.

Atsu has spent 2 months injured and before that had cameo roles in the team and people call him terrible and a waste of a signing.

Give the lad a chance ffs. If he isnt good enough then chelsea can send him somewhere else, but maybe just maybe he needs more than 10 minutes of a game to actually have an impact.

Also neevr played in england before he came to us. What else?

Young african lad probably never been or lived in england before

New signing at a new club so getting to grips with things

So yeah, give the lad a chance to show if he is good enough or not. I can guarantee he will come good for one club before he is 25.
