It was nothing to do with UEFA it was FIFA. There was no valid contract in place and even to a first year law student that would have been obvious. French law is quite clear in such matters and FIFA in their haste forget to work out how old Kakuta was when Lens claimed that the contract was signed.

As for FFP. Is it that having read a couple of blogs you believe you are in the know? Every blog that has tried to predict FFP has been way off.
As I said in an earlier post a lot more will become clear when the 2013/ 14 financials are released in or around December but don't forget all transfer dealings in the latest window, and that includes the Lukaka transfer will not be reflected in the 13/14 figures.

Right, that's it...they're not even close on the keyboard. NAPALMED

At the protestations of Uefa who called it 'child trafficking'.

FFP has only just started. You make out like its over when it isn't

UEFA (namely Platini) believes that any transfer of an under 18 year old and in particular when such a transfer is international as being akin to child trafficking. He may have a point but its like third party ownership, the loan system and transfer fees in general if football wanted rid of them & it suited clubs agendas then changes would be made. Until football as a whole facilitates the changes then
no one should point a finger at clubs that work within the rules.

As for FFP yes it has only just started and the theory is that things will get tighter as each year progresses but, I firmly believe that for English clubs the first monitoring period covering a 2 year period (2011- 2013 )was always going to be the difficult one. The reason being that over latter 3 year cycles clubs would be able to count on about £100 million extra TV monies. Once that up lift in income impacts then the whole landscape changes.

EVERTON get mentioned for poaching one of Crewe's 12 year olds who was their most promising in 2009 according to Dario Gradi there. Whoever that is is now 17. I wonder who and if we will get them into the first team.

Now clubs pay fixed amount "training compensation" for youth players.

Before Chelsea were like a bunch of outlaws in the wild west. When it came to poaching youth players.

Well Chelsea started buying off young (18 year olds) around Europe when FFP wasnt in effect so that they could later sell them and show income when it was. Blatant gaming of the spirit of the rules so yea I can blame them for that.

Sorry to bring up an old feud but on Monday I remember you saying that jokes about domestic violence shouldn't be allowed to quote you directly "Mate he's right, delete the post. I thin you're a sound enough lad but jokes about that are proper bellendish."

why is the molestation of children an acceptable topic of humor yet domestic violence is not to be touched? Do you understand why your view point appears odd? Or do you wallow in self-hypocrisy

Firstly I posted a picture of a pub that shares a name with an operation with the intention of stopping said crimes, whereas he posted a picture of domestic violence actually happening.

..and possibly domestic violence does hit a nerve with me, yeah, whereas child molestation doesn't even though it's obviously a terrible thing. The yewtree thing is a long running joke on this website so it's not a new thing.

There was a total different tone to mine and his posts.

Oh, and one last thing...pipe down.

I apologize for being confrontational, was just kind of shocking seeing as the joke was coming from yourself when you was vehemently opposed to the domestic violence jokes

I like the way you apologised first before tearing into him.

You're gagging for a continuation of your grudge with him aren't you?
