I would want him only as a 4th winger with an agreed price to buy. new wing/Atsu + Mirallas/McGeady looks ok for me. Pienaar can back up Barkley then.
 
I liked what little I saw of him at the World Cup. He seems to be a real livewire. Hopefully we can get him in on loan and sell the club to him over the course of the season. Mourinho tends not to be too keen on flair and width so, if he impresses, we might be able to secure him permanently next summer.
 
Don't look too shabby on the youtube vid, but wonder how long we would miss him for if he goes off to the African Cup games in January and Feb. next year.

Don't think it would be a major problem tbh. His role I'd imagine would be the same as Delefoe had for us last season. We'd still have pienaar, McGeady and mirallas....not a problem loosing Astu for a month or so.

looks ok from the vid , his end product from wide areas seems very poor as all the clips stop after he has got into a decent crossing position, not for me anyway.
