Put them in a bath like in the steak thread. Wont be tough anymore.

My missus hates meat on the bone so dont have it much. Only likes one type of bone so she does.

I should try that though I didn't like the texture of Pork Ribs cooked Sous Vide. My son is very much a texture eater which is why I've got to the state of trying other cooking methods. He'll eat KFC but not a roast chicken. The difference; Pressure cooked chicken before coating and roasting
