if given the choice which Chops do you go for ??

Lamb or Pork

I find lamb chops nice but there never enough meat on them , whereas pork chops are just sublime..
Get a Barnsley lamb chop ; expensive, but plenty of lamby deliciousness.

Proper thick lamb chops from a butcher.
Then once easy meat is eaten, pick them up and scoff the rest until just bone.
Arsed if anyone doesn't think you should eat with your fingers at the table, and then I scoff the meat that anyone else can't eat cos they won't pick it up as well.

This. My butcher brings the piece of lamb and cuts a chop to my specifications. Just over an inch thick with the undercuts on. Plenty of meat there.

Both!

Meat is good!!!

Pork Chops are quite tough so marinading them for 24 hours to help break down the fibres of the meat is recommended. Lamb Chops are all about the mint sauce for me.

And absolutely pick up the bone and finish that meal off. Proper Order that!
