Went to pick up my winnings from Roksana, put fiver each way on Le Bruiel. About £60 up on the day.

....great start to the week, hope others followed me on the Racing thread with Klassical Dream. I had it @ 20-1 and gave the horses that finished 2nd and 3rd @ 25-1 & 33-1. Can’t do much better than that.

Roksana a lucky winner for me @ 22-1. SilverStreak @ 50-1 e/w (3rd 80-1) in the Champion Hurdle, Discorama @ 33-1 2nd in the NH Chase. Had the forecast and winner on the Tote of the 04.50, half’s with my Guinness pal (he picked the winner).

Nice one for the win though..

it wasn't the best race I was quite happy watching them fall while mine was out the way, I thought it had lost it though but he come back well.

That starter has a lot to answer for, and for me, ruined the races...

Front runners looking to get a good jump, we're needlessly made to start from behind in a standing start.. Those early few furlongs set the tone for the race..

Hard line wanted a quick start but ended up 15 length back right from the off
