It works sometimes....see results v RS and Spurs but your options are very limited when you have so little possession of the ball and dont have players technically good enough to retain it.

If you let players get clean in behind because of poor marking then whatever happens next is totally on ourselves. Cause and effect.

Simply put. Poor defending from Holgate and poor tacking. Other than that we’d restricted them to shots outside the box and would be going on 0-0 at HT. Always stupid individual errors. Holgate doesn’t seem himself today.
