I'm going to get some tasty lumps cheese today, am not sure which. Any suggestions? I like bergkäse, blue cheese and the likes.

I can't remember which one I was disappointed last time, gorgonzola or roquefort. I wonder if I could get British cheese from my local cheese merchant.

Should be able to, there's loads of excellent British cheese around, although Dorset Blue Vinny is the only one on my list. Cashel Blue is Irish.

Blacksticks Blue, made near Preston, Shropshire Blue and Stichelton, which is basically unpasteurised Stilton made outside of the protected Stilton region are three that spring to mind. Lots of people rate Stichelton better than Stilton.
