Hi guys & girls. Am stuck in the Ulster hospital, Northern Ireland. With a blood clot on each lung. Now starting on 7mg warfarin per day, cheer me up please.

Warfarin? Be sure to avoid cranberry juice like the plague then, as it is an inhibitor of warfarin.

This may or may not cheer you up, but me and the Mrs are going to get the shopping tomorrow from the click and collect thing.

I am hoping to put her vibrator in the boot and then make her get out at Asda to open the boot for the guy that puts the shopping in, I will then proceed to laugh hysterically to myself when they open the boot.
