The judge said the sentence took into account that there had been no force involved and the complainant received no injuries.

He also said the complainant was not "targeted" and the attack had not been "premeditated".



So it all boils down to how drunk she was?

She had no injurys either which I thought you would if you had been raped

She had trace of cocaine and weed in her system would love to no how you spike somebody with a line and a joint
