….presume you mean Doucoure. It’ll be good if we find an alternative, but he’s done more than enough to maintain our top flight status over the seasons and has been far from a monstrosity.
I see you thought of him first, awful player, and your opinion means nothing because you thought dyche was the dogs... same as the other weirdo on here, see if you come up with his name 1st as well.

Don’t rate him I’m afraid .
Always thought he was average at Burnley .
Occasional flashes of brilliance surrounded by dirge.
He will always be an ‘almost ‘ player, I think.
Never quite living up to the potential he displayed as a young player.
Which is why he ended up at Burnley really .
Seems a nice enough bloke though and I wish him the best of luck ,
Yeah I see your point, however I think he still has a part to play and we will see more of him under Moyes. Don’t see him going anywhere just yet. I also don’t think Dyche’s tactics brought the best out of him.

….the signings of expensive misfits who barely contributed is the reason we are where we are.
Exactly! Charly represents a tangible shift in the profile of player that the club have went after in recent times.

That window when we threw money at Williams, Sandro, Keane, Klassen, Gylfi then when we signed the likes of Tosun, Walcott, Schneiderlin, Delph etc notwithstanding terrible luck with injuries to Mina, Gbamin and Bolasie was huge blot on our copybook and set us back massively as a team and organisation.

Players like Lookman and Kean who have eventually turned out to be excellent were also duds for us at the time.

Considering the restrictions on operations in the last 4-5 years players like McNeill, Doucoure, Tarkowski, Garner, Onana, N’dyiaye and Iroegbunam look like exceptional pieces of business when compared with the above and that says a lot.

Ah yes, the age old GOT tradition of half the forum making a decision on whether a player is great or crap based solely on a 30min cameo.

Guarantee half of you won’t budge an inch on those opinions regardless of how he performs
That’s what makes me laugh on here one, a player can be England regular one week and a championship player the next.
I’m not even going near the Beto thread.
