Was going to come on and say that. But more indicative of a fan favourite he is going to be is he was on the pitch a wet minute on his everton debut and told the rest of the bozos he's taking it... now if he had balloned it it would of been a horrible look. Very early days but he’s obviously got a fair bit of natural ability which gives him a leg up on most of them.

I actually don't like a lot of the Evertonian exceptionalism that exists. Like a lot of what we think is unique about us, is kind of universal. What I'll say though, is I think you have to be a big character, with lots of self confidence to thrive at Everton.

If you look at say Ndiaye, he has it. Richarlison had it. To an extent Moyes had it. I actually think Gordon has it for a while too. Whereas say Jack Harrison doesn't seem to to me.

From the bit I saw today, he seems to have that. I think he will do well here.
