I suppose the wording of extension for three years does not tie us in long term and if this transition of RM and the team continues into progress then we won't have to wait too long to re-negotiate.

Further to the above I had to laugh at the part were it states Everton and Chang are relishing developing Thai footballing talent?

It is taking as much time to find the talent as it is BLe Bill to find finance! Are they all looking 24/7 for that Thai talent??

Makes you wonder whether we actually approach other companies and sell ourselves.

Every other aspect of the commercial side suggests not.

In any other business a deal of this nature (ie something that happens every few years), would be outsourced to a company who specifically comes in to sell the deal.

We did that with Kitbag, look how that turned out

£16 million per season? That's much more like.. Oh, right.

In 2008 we signed for £8 million over 3 years.

In 2010 we agreed a 3 year extension totalling £12 million

While other clubs are growing their's exponentially, ours is slowly bumping along.

Has there been any effort to find a new sponsor? Or did we take the easy option? What do Chang do to actively promote us in the Far East?
