While he's clearly out of form and desperately in need of goal, some of the comments on here perfectly sum up how fickle our fan base with regards to our players.
Could we do better? Of course we can, however it's as if it is necessary to stick the knives in and write someone off when they're going through a poor run of form.

I disagree, we have a striker who needs proper service, which he didn`t get yesterday.
Richarlison being suspended has had a bigger impact on the team than anticipated.

He's not out of form at all, he's hardly missing sitters or never in the right positions. He's hasn't played badly at all this season, he's just been unlucky that in 2 of the 4 games we've had men sent off in the 1st half meaning we've been extremely limited in players we can throw forwards and yesterday and against Southampton we didn't create much for him to attack in or around the box.
He'll be fine, watch him bag a few on international duty which will helpfully keep his morale up. People need to get off his back, he's hardly turned into post-2012 Jelavic or Anichebe.
