I've heard from a great source that he's terrible in training and the 2 Sams don't like him. Looking at a loan move to Accrington hopefully confirmed before the window closes.

Don't shoot the messenger guys.

Hi Guys. I think with the transfer of Cenk Tosun you will definately see a rise in supporters at matchdays and forums as Turkish people are very passionate of there football and footballers. just like other turkish fans i also have been reading and following up on the transfer and decided to put my 2 pence in on the player for you guys to read. i am a hard core Besiktas Fan and have been since i was 7 years old, (42 now) i have been watching Cenk Tosun play from day one every game home and away so i beleive i have a good knowledge of the player and i thought i can share my opinnion. firstly he is a passionate player, loves to win hates loosing and will fight to the death to make sure his team wins. i say team because he is a proper team player. he loves scoring goals but he is definately NOT selfish, it is more important to him for his team to score than it is for him to score. he loves a passing game and he is great at short pass and turns, pass and move, etc. in the box he is at his best, give him the ball in the box and he will definately make space for a shot ON target, weather he is facing goal or not. he has a few goals in the league where he gets the ball with at least 2 players around him facing the opposite direction and he found a gap to turn and shoot scoring in most of the situations. he has 2 good feet both as good as each other and a good but not excellent shooting power from outside the box he might get a couple of goals but dont expect too many. like i said he is best inside and most of all he is great in the air, but this is because he is excellent at reading where the ball will end up and he gets there on time every time. he loves being the single striker as in the box he is KING and he doesnt like teammates getting in his way. this year he has been working hard on all areas he was weak and one of them was holding the ball waiting for support, and he has been doing that alott this year and his improvement ment Besiktas had more of the ball against all opositions even in the CL. i live in london and so i also watch english football and i also watch most if not all premier league games including Everton and my knowledge is telling me that Cenk Tosun will make such a huge difference to your team. he will get goals for you, mostly headers, your game plan is not fully suited for him but he will adapt as he said in a turkish interview that he has watched all everton games and allready has an idea of how you play and how he needs to play, he is ready as while everyone was having a holiday he got a private coach and was training everyday 3 times a day and he has been doing this for the past 2 years while all on holiday he has been training. he is ready and will definately start on saturday against Tottenham and he knows them very well as last time Besiktas played tottenham Besiktas won 1-0 and Tosun got the goal. overall you have purchased a player that in my opinnion is perfect for you and i am excited to watch him play every week. i have him down scoring the first goal on saturday and a 2-1 win for everton, hopefully he wont let me down.
PS. he likes being called Tosun PASA (pronounced PASHA) maybe you guys can come up with some kind of chanting with Tosun Pasha in it he will love it and as turkish players are very emotional this will lift him right up and you will see a difference in performance. turkish players need support to perform as in turkey the fans never stop chanting, so come on Everton.
