Took over a winning AC Milan and Madrid side and did very well.
But he got sacked at Napoli. Couldnt really do it at Chelsea either. He can manage a side but he cant really build one.

He's proven that he can't do it without the players. He's also proven that when he does have the players, there's nobody better.
