Referring to players as weak seems like quite an incendary and old fashioned way to refer to and belittle people.Weak:
Pickford
Coleman
Kean
Keane
Richarlison
DCL
Schneiderlin
Davies
Walcott
The mental resilience of these players, as well as maintaining individual and collective concentration is what is key in getting them to perform from the first kick off to the final whistle. That will require improvements in fitness, and being coached consistently so that they all know their individual roles and can rely on the other players in the team to do what they are supposed to do. This isn't an overnight job. I think Ancelotti can get the best from these players and will eventually replace them with players that aren't tainted by the culture of going hiding or accepting silly mistakes without their being consequence for them.
I do however believe that some of those players don't believe they should be held to account for mistakes and don't think they need to improve to remove them from their game. That attitude is unacceptable. DCL for example makes mistakes but I believe he is committed to correcting them and has grown in stature over the season and I am made up for him and us that he has shown that. Richarlison works hard and doesn't go hiding. Kean looks to be turning a corner. Others in that list may well need to buck their ideas up and some may not be of requisite quality long term no matter what effort they put in, but it is unacceptable to not want to put the work in if they have professional pride in their performances.
TLDR: I hope Ancelotti will sort out the culture of sloppy mistakes over time and replace/ improve the overall culture of the club.
