1. Although it doesn't show it here, there is a Northern Section and a Southern Section of the draw. How long have they been doing this?

2. Why aren't Newcastle and Middlesbrough in the draw but West Brom are...?

The teams in Europe usually dont enter till the 3rd round, its been like that for a while I think.
