As much as I love the guy I couldn't really see him as captain. He should deffo be our main freekick taker though...

I'd say Drenthe is approximately 0.875 AVDMs (Andy van der Meydes)
We will buy Lorik Cana and Moyes will make him Captain.
Gibson is a very good footballer. A 75 out of 100 in my opnion.
However, there are more skilled players who would be ahead of him (Jags and Baines) and also long term players who would be ahead of him too based on longevity (Osman and Hibbert)
Doesn't make my list lads, sorry. I know that I'm seemingly the only person on this forum who doesn't think Gibbo is the second coming of christ and I know he scored that goal against City, but no, I don't want him as Everton captain. I think there are people above him in the queue. Wouldn't even put him in the top 5

Not gonna have a go at you though mate, I agree with you on Ossie but that's because he always starts and plays in the middle of the park. I wouldn't go for Hibbo purely because Coleman is the better option at RB imo.
But certainly for the remainder of this season:

Vice Captain - Ossie
Defense Secretary - Hibbo

In all seriousnes, I agree that if Hibbo isn't going to be a regular in the team, he shouldn't be vice captain. That ebing said, if his fitness improves and he starts getting regular games, I definately think he should be Jag's lieutenant
