How about Fellaini?
Think about it. To integrate him fully and show in him belief, Moyes could give him a big vote of confidence and he'd therefore be a definite starter in midfield, regardless of who is fit. It might make him play that bit better, and stop his yellow and red cards.
If we do this, inspire him by making him captain, he could go on to be one of the Prem's best and considering we spent £15m on him, which come on, was too much for us to be spending on a holding midfielder considering our financial position and overall squad at that time, it could be a move which not only redeems the ridiculous amount we spent on him, but turns him into a real asset (not just in the odd paper story inspired by his Dad) and makes him an Everton future legend.
I say make Fellaini captain and help him help us dominate.
