Candidates for PNE Loan

Not sure if this belongs in here or the academy thread, but who would be the likely donations to Preston and Alan Irvine? A certain wayward dutch winger perhaps?

What about the young lads who cant quite get a sniff of the first team at the moment. I think they are short at the back at PNE, so how about Ruddy or turner, Paddy Boyle or even Rodwell (or is he too young).

While we're at it, what about someone like vidarsson/kissock. or jutkiwatsit. Not sure that we are going to see much of them even in the carling cup this year.

Could have our very own feeder club going on soon!

Easy there fella. If we're going to stick to five in midfield then we're really short of options in the middle. Unless you count Neville and Jags as midfielders, which hopefully not many do after their showing there earlier in the season, we're left with VDM, Da Silva and Vidarrson as our midfield reserves.

Ruddy and Lukas sure because we have lots of options in goal and up front. Even Boyle could go as we have plenty of options at left back, but we need all the numbers we can muster in midfield with hopefully lots of games ahead of us.

We have 5 strikers right.

3 will only be used for starting eleven/subs bench.

Yak and AJ will be guarenteed squad/starting places.

Then it's outta Faddy/Vic/Vaughan to battle for the extra place.

Anichebe it was on Sat and rightly so due to form.

So lend one of the 2 out, i'd say Vaughan personally at the moment that is.

Send one of the 2 out on loan, have them grab a few goals but have a immediate recall involved where if we get injuries we can call him straight back.

Make's sense - Cal the way forward.

I wouldn't be happy with that. We've all seen the impact both vid and vaughn can have coming off the bench, and all five of our strikers (even faddy ) have a role they can play in different situations. I don't see the sense in limiting our options when all 5 are likely to get oportunities to play given the amount of games we are going to have to play if we stay in the cup competitions for a decent run.
