Can We Really Moan?

That's your opinion (and one I share btw), however I was merely defending the right of those who think change is necessary now to air their view, without being labelled as destabilishing militants.

I only labelled them destabilising militants because you cant get away with calling them ****ing idiots.

Am I the only one who wants Everton to loose on new years? If we win we will get beat by city, probably draw the next game. I want excitement I want the drama of a good relegation battle or something. Midtable is so mundane and forgettable.

It was an old standing joke, a long standing Evertonian pal of mine always used to say "where's all the money gone" ?

He doesn't say it as much nowadays !!

I 100% believe Martinez is the man to take us to the top, however, right now I do think we can moan.

Last season, in a way, hasn't helped him this term round as all our expectations have risen and we were -rightly- expecting big things this year.

However, we've become too predictable and the main concern is the lack of plan B.

I'd like to see Martinez have a change of formation, to make us not so predictable.

Also, his blind faith in Barry this season has wound me up so much. He has been probably our worse player all season, against Newcastle most of the others were dropped and he was made captain, and had a shocker again.

He must drop Barry and get Besic in the team.

I'm no expert so don't shout me down, just giving my fan view on the situation.

1. martinez is the man and I have complete trust in him.
2. His blind faith in Barry must stop.
3. We need a plan B for when things aren't going right.

I think most people on this site do support Martinez and want him to succeed. But he has to make changes, that is his job, he has to manage the situation. When things are going well he has to look at what is working and take steps to ensure it lasts. He builds in a long term plan. But when things are broken, like now, he has to make adjustments, he doesn't have to abandon his passing philosophy but he has to adapt it to win games. We are broken at the moment and we need to address the problems and it needs doing now before a bad situation becomes a crisis.
To keep doing the same thing over and over again and flooding matches is not managing the team.
