well its been labled the best ever goal scored by an aussie in the premiership... and i think mark viduka has scored a stormer against arsenal from memory

Great goal, but the selectors always cream themselves over Rooney and Ronaldo breaking from defence for Man U, and scoring from a few neat passes...Which is why Osman's against Larissa should get it, based on that theory.

ps.Why is it telling me to spell defence, defense? Are we being taken over by American's on this site?!! Always muscling in with those superior athletic bodies of theirs...I don't know!!:dodgy:

dammit they're catching on to our yank conspiracy. its too late though, our army of super fit athletes that can win a football game without even touching the ball is ready to invade and take over the club.

also i forgot to say it earlier, but the goal reminded me of aj's miracle against arsenal last year, just because it was an amazing last gasp effort to change the result of the game against a big 4 club.

Including last season cahills goal is probably 3rd best, behind mcfadden vs charlton and arteta Vs Bolton. All the other good goals are behind cahills. Its a great goaland certainly cahills best...

There is a big difference to the 2 goals, Mcfadden had to create the space to drive that ball in the goal while Cahill only had to pressure a defender into making a mistake from a clearance of a shoot by Mcfadden and score from it!

Both are great goal and both had a meaning to it but when it comes to the impact is always going to be winning goal one, so Mcfadden one still does it for me!

Great to see it again. What I like is the pissed off look on the Chelski defenders. (y)

The Evertonian who goes mental in the Chelsea end (very end of the video posted) is even better

And neither Cahills goal v Chelsea or Artetas vs Bolton are a patch on Faddys vs Charlton. Especially considering his goal effectively put us in the UEFA Cup.

How about the goal AJ score against the Gunner? That one is meaningful as well wonder if that goal is still on youtube, anyone has a good version of it on there PC?

You talking about the view from the side where in the background, you can see a guy in a white jacket in the corner jump up amongst the fans and go ballistic?

When I showed the video to a few co-workers, I said, "And here's the best part. Watch this guy in the corner by himself...."

Classic.
