"Tim doesn't look bad," said the manager. "I think he's just taken a kick on his foot. He was fatigued anyway so it was right that we took him off"

Great performance today from him, id rest him against United just incase - we'll lose anyway...just test out Anichebe or Gosling for a match.

I dunno if it's as simple as "we'll lose anyway" (against United). I actually think that the players are fired up, and would want to have a genuine go at the bigger clubs.

If he's fit, I think Cahill would be gutted to be left out against them.

Why on earth should we lie down and roll over to Man Utd, even before the first ball is kicked? Why not simply going to Old Trafford and try to get something out of the game? It will be a very hard game for us, but it's not impossible to get one or even three points there.

Back on topic. Hope Moyes is right, as Timmy really is in top form at the moment. Timmy did look very down however, when he left the field.

Did i say that? No, just rest Cahill so he can get fully fit, and doesnt get injured. We would still have our defence and midfield intact.

Still need to get a striker in. Saha's probably got another 2 weeks and another 2 weeks of getting back to full fitness.

fook rolling over to United guys... if Tims fit, PLAy HIM he'll score 100% The more big games he's involved in, the more goals he's likely to keep scoring. Never rest the big-game player against the big 4. this is what Tim lives for.

we're just so vulnerable though now with this question mark on his fitness....

Feels like we're hanging on by a thread, a very very fine thread and we've come too far to piss it all away now.
