Cahill injury

Its just one very easy example.

I believe cahill was rushed/talked back into competative football far too early.

Well its easy to say that. On the other hand, these games could have been the catalyst to getting him Match fit for the start of the season, and Moyes sanctioned it. We could have reaped the benefits, football is a gamble for everyone involved. Every tackle, every pass sometimes.

We can't wrap them all in cotton wool all the time.

the kind of injury it was should have curtailed his playing. its the kind of injury that can reoccur if it doesnt heal properly first time round.

but at least australia are ok.

All ifs and buts, like I said its unlucky.

At the end of the day we are making opinions, but we don't know the full facts, we are not doctors, we are not physios, we are not paid to make important decisions.

No point making assumptions, because we really don't know.

they said at the time it had to heal properly because if it didnt there was a high chance of it breaking again.

it was an article on the OS that said..."when fully healed it will be stronger that it was before the break"

its his own fault as well, because when he was out of the cast he obviously did too much because he wanted to play a part for aus in the asian cup - so he pushed too hard and now what - we dont get the benefit of his play and hopefully neither will aus.

myopic [Poor language removed] the lot.
