I got the impression finishing the game the players and manager were happy to take a point which is the completely wrong mentality playing a team at the bottom. Forest are a much better team and I bet we put in a much better performance. Almost because we have to. That irks me more than the performance today. It’s not a winning mindset.

There hasn’t been a winning mindset in decades mate. The manager we have now is revered for not having one either.

Same. I was so relieved because the stand off had finally been broken and we’d go ahead. I was so confident it was a pen I was more concerned about who was going to take the kick. Then I remembered we’re Everton and who was referee.

A game we could/ should have won, I felt that if Tim, Garner and Dibling had maintained their level for the 90 minutes we would have took 3 points, the three of them dropped off in the 2nd half, maybe a penalty near the end, I certainly expect it would have been awarded against us, end of the day a real lack of squad quality/ depth move on to the next game

No I think we wanted to win. But when Garner, Keane, Beto all on 1 goal?? For the season are all we have on the field it will take quality we simply don't have. No matter how fragile Burnley are, on the positive side Pickford had nothing to do.

I couldn't believe it wasn't a pen and that I wasn't seeing the var replays up on screen, but then as I'm not one for conspiracies I went and checked what the bloody hell the rules are and tbh what they put there is what I assumed it was ruled out for

Personally think it's an understandable call

The issue as always is in the inconsistency you see over a season in such calls
