Afellay wil be class for someone mate. Think your spot on there. Not sure he'd fall into the budget category though??? I reckon a lot of top sides would be in for him.

No shame in not getting a game regualr at Barca.

His contracts up soon , Hes 27 now i think and a bench player for Barca.
He'd cost about 7-9 Million , Not budget but if we had the money he'd be a great player.

Haven't see much of the spanish league this year. Only really watched the classico's. I reckon another loanee from Madrid might happen as they have a lot of players we were linked with when they were younger like the two turks they've got who don't get much game time.

i like Affelay, whatever happened to him at Barca? He just sort of disappeared after last season. If we can get him for cheap, it'd be an excellent move. There's some young guys on that Barcelona B team in liga adelante we could poach too. Akihiro Ienaga is another good player, he's contracted to mallorca but is no longer in the manager's plans and is on loan to Ulsan Hyundai in the K league. Maybe Hamit Altintop as well? doesn't play much ball at all and could be had for cheap.

Did his cruciate ligaments in at the start of the season and only came back in April. Doubt there would be much chance of him joining us as a host of better sides would be after him as he was brilliant in his PSV days.

I know this was mentioned earlier, but what about Stuart Holden?

He's a wonderfully creative and pacey player. He was fantastic for Bolton in this position last year before being injured. With Bolton going down, and him being healthy by the start of the season he could be available for an affordable price. He is most certainly not a Championship player...
