BT to buy espn

Paying sky for a sports package, and now losing sports channels but paying the same price, think its time to try and haggle with them, most likely get nowhere.

tell them Murdoch is a Cnut and you will be illegally streaming games from now on.

gets them every time.

Annoyingly, you can only get it on one sky box per subscription at the moment, so if you have Sky Multiroom you can choose to have it on one box only or pay an extra £15 for another subscription

Currently trying to get them to switch it to the box with SKY+ at the moment. Might not take effect till tomorrow

Real pain in the knackers this

Stick it on dual out (using a splitter or something similar) so that although you only have the one box you can have the same stuff on two tv's - this especially makes sense if its a living room tv and a bedroom tv.

Your bill should have gone down mate. Espn is an extra channel you pay for. They need to knock that off your bill if you're still being charged for it

Cheers, will give them a bell tomorrow, can cost a fortune if you want all the sports channels, pricey enough paying for sky, without these new channels like Box Nation and now BT.

Ok. But isn't that just BT buying them?

So instead of paying for ESPN you now buy bt?

Or am I wrong?

I was hoping that alright, but both channels are blocked, it doesn't seem right to have to pay the same amount.

Bit off topic, but anyone know who's covering the bundesliga this season, or is that another fukn separate channel.

Good question.

I imagine BT has nabbed them.

Do you get your phone through sky? If so, ask them to drop the charge on it and then ask them to put it toward the BT package.

They gave us 15 quid off my bill on a 9 month contract which is grand seeing as i'l probably get rid of the sports at end of the season .

That few quid will go towards the BT package, we'r live on setanta next two games after tomorrow too so happy days.
