Excellently run club, they’ve immersed themselves with what the fans want, excellent with the community aswell.

It goes to show, buying for the future and not now is the model. Buying from South America is the way to do it now.

Watford, Brighton both employ this model and make huge profits.

Everything is very well thought out, they think 2 years ahead with EVERYTHING so it means they are well covered in all areas. If they bring in a first team/senior squad player then they will always bring in a 17-19 year old promising player who is similar with a view to being a future replacement. They do their recruitment in what would be considered tier 2 and 3 leagues which other PL clubs just wont look in and most of all they are willing to take a risk on a player.
